In 1979 when I attended the Aircrew Selection Center in Toronto, Ontario to begin the process of becoming a pilot in the Canadian Forces, little did I realize that I was about to not only embark on pilot training but also about to begin a long liason with the media!!! It has most often been fun and pleasurable and I thank the various Canadian Media for sharing history in the making with fellow Canadian citizens as the process unfolded over the many years.
